استخدام Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager

yoello office is in London and we want to work with remote Iranian developers!!!!!!!!!!

You’ll lead our scrum teams comprising both Iranian and UK resources. As well as being accountable for scrum team delivery you will also line-manage our Iranian technical resources comprising software engineers, QA engineers/analysts, and UI designers.

You will have a technical background as a developer and 5 years of experience leading delivery teams in an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and organizing the team to rapidly deliver working software
• Leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup, and retros
• Leading the technical breakdown of features into technical tasks for delivery
• Allocating technical tasks into sprints and leading their delivery
• Challenging, motivating, and leading the delivery team
• Organizing UI Design, development, and QA resources to ensure effective delivery
• Managing the Iranian resources in terms of recruitment, performance, and absence (holidays and sickness)

Excellent English language skills are essential for this role at Yoello. Working hours are from ۰۹:۰۰ to ۱۷:۳۰ UK time.
