Responsibilities

• Fantastic communication skills, organizational skills and stakeholder management (Business, Marketing, OPS, Product)
• Deliver features and deliveries from 0 to 100%, tested (manual and automated), efficient, and working.
• Assign and coordinate work assignments and resolution of critical technical and procedural problems. Monitor work procedures, work schedules and expedite workflows
• Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements in the forms of Epics, Themes, and Stories
• Track, manage and report KPI’s for department operations
• Responsible for mentorship, evaluations, conflict resolution, and recognition of the staff to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees

What you'll need:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Laravel and MVC Framework
• Good knowledge with JavaScript Frameworks (VueJS, NuxtJS)
• Strong knowledge and experience with MySQL
• Good knowledge of Cashing tools such as Redis
• Strong OOP and Design pattern skills, experience with Caching mechanisms
• Familiar with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web and Mobile Applications
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile Development
• Experience with code versioning (especially Git)
• Good communication skill
• Positive mind
• Problem-solving mindset

What's great to have:

• Experience with Technical Documentation
• Experience with Planning for HA deep knowledge and Enterprise level production experience
• Experience with Containerization, e.g.: Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes, etc
• Experience with writing CI/Unit tests
• Experience with NodeJS, Webpack.
