Avoiding the common pitfalls is what we expect from our senior engineers because they have designed, implemented and deployed services so many times and built the wrong system enough times to know about common mistakes and pitfalls.

Responsibilities

Prepare time and work estimates for upcoming features, fixes and revisions.
Communicate technical challenges effectively and make informed decisions where possible.
Developing back end and front end.
Continually optimizing performance and cost of live solutions and eradicating any bugs that may occur.
Building and maintaining databases that support Front-end services
Future-proof everything you create by minimizing built-in assumptions, and writing tests where appropriate
Engage in Architecture, planning, Design, and visioning sessions
Researching new technology
Take responsibility for code repositories
Establish & Enhance Development Standards
Create CI processes
Dependency Reduction mind-set
Can Reverse Engineer

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a back-end developer.
• Professional problem solver.
• Self-motivated & enthusiast for finding the best solution to solve the problem which should be scalable with the best quality.
