Responsibilities:
Own product roadmap by managing existing goals and identifying new opportunities based on customer feedback /technology trends, market demand, and resource availability.
Define a world-class customer experience and vision for your team
Set your team’s Objectives and Key results aligned with our company OKRs
Ship fast and often
Work with a cross-functional team from Data Science, Design, User Research, and Engineering to define a winning strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and execute on delivering.
Work with internal and external customers to analyze their needs and assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that aligned with product .

Requirements:

• At Least three years of experience in Product Management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Experience leading and working with agile development teams.
• Experience in crafting product requirements based on research, data, and insights.
• Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Desired / Is Plus :

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English)
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, or
• marketing. Understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers.
• Experience working in a healthcare-related organization
• Experience working in a startup environment.
