Mofid has powerful advisory and professional trader teams that provide services to institutional and retail investors. The teams are supported by an experienced equities research team that develops high-quality analyses on the market trends.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following responsibilities:

• Managing the scrum process in Agile methodology.
• Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting.
• Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Assisting product managers to make the product backlogs in a good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Solving conflicts and removing obstacles.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 years of experience in a scrum master role.
• Good Knowledge of agile methodology and its frameworks.
• Expert in coaching team to follow agile.
• Strong communication Skills.
• Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs.
• Good knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, backlog refinement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification.
• Computer Science background.
