Job Description

We are looking for a QA Manager to own the technical and strategic direction of our QA team. You will collaborate with Android, iOS, web, and back-end engineers, Product Managers, and Product designers to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. You will lead a team that is instrumental in delivering high quality releases of our fast-growing products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and management to perform software quality assurance analysis and Testing
• Work with cross-functional peers to develop manual and automated test suites for existing (and new) features
• Prepare, Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and test reports based on functional and technical requirements
• Prepare task estimations, project plans, metrics, and documents to meet timelines and budget
• Train, guide, and provide career feedback for QA testers and test engineers
• Design, create and maintain reusable and representative test data to support product development
• Define and maintain QA reporting/dashboards for all Testing activities

Requirements

• Experience leading a QA or Software Development team
• Experience managing projects and processes cross-functionally
• Experience building and maintaining infrastructure for automated Testing
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
• Proven track record of attracting, hiring, motivating and developing the best quality-minded individuals
• Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on multiple platforms
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
