As the UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for Design, look and feel of our Web and Mobile applications taking advantage of modern frameworks and tools. You will be writing user stories and turn them into prototypes and build our Design book along the way. Designs should be simple, unique to the brand or business it represents and provide great user experiences. Designs should consider the vast majority of users who work with these applications at enterprise level. You will be collaborating with other team members during technical and BAU meetings. All your communications will be in English and you will report directly to Product Owners while maintaining a direct report to our CTO.

What you'll need:

• An ability to pick up work in a fast paced environment with a willingness to learn.
• An in-depth knowledge of site Design, UX & UI with a strong portfolio.
• An ability to respond to complicated briefs from stakeholders, make decisions and communicate an appropriate response/strategy.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Experience creating storyboards, user journeys and site mapping.
• The ability to be a confident and flexible designer. Your sweet spot is the intersection of Design and social impact.
• An agile mindset; you can both nurture a cohesive product vision and finesse visual designs at a vector or pixel level.
• An ability to relate to individuals and nurture other team members.
• Extensive experience with a variety of graphic Design and interactive tools such as Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
