استخدام Senior Technology Leader

IT Crown is a Swedish company based in Stockholm. We are looking for a senior technology leader to manage all aspects of software development using agile methodology, including technology strategy, product delivery, team development, and management of the software development life cycle. The technology leader is also responsible for scaling and managing the technical infrastructure and operations in support of a growing base of customers and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the leadership team and provide expert counsel and guidance on technology matters, including the vision for the future
• Develop Architecture to meet both functional and non-functional requirements
• Leading our tech team including back-end, Front-end, mobile, DevOps, QA through management and mentorship
• Manage and assign tasks to team members to meet the deadlines and follow through with the plan
• Contributing to recruitment activities
• Build a solid core of technical skills and expand the company’s intellectual property
• Establish leading DevOps best practices, ensuring the availability and Security of the company’s services

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software / Web Applications / Mobile Application / Product Development
• Experience in micro-service Architecture
• Experience in code review and clean code principles
• Proven knowledge of Design patterns
• Practical knowledge of test driven development
• Innovative, passionate people leader able to assess, recruit, develop talent and manage high performance teams
• Experience leading diverse teams (development, DevOps, QA, DBA)
• Effective at internal and external relationship building, with good communication skills
• Strong business intelligence; able to quickly grasp key business drivers in the industry and recommend how the company should respond
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
