Technical Leader As a technical leader, you will lead a team of 10+ staff, including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Documentation. You work closely with other functional teams including marketing, customer service and sales to define and implement supporting products and services.

We need more of you: You mentor and oversee personal/technical development plans of all technical staff. You define our technology vision for the business going forward In order to scale our business: you define development standards, organization, and methodologies for the company You love our customers: You understand market requirements and help translate strategic and product priorities into technology roadmap plans. Unfortunately there are constraints: budget planning, resource allocation and capital spend within the organization’s overall business requirements
Qualifications:
3~5 years leadership experience in IT services implementation including planning, build, launch, and support of complex system based solutions Solid understanding across all stack of technologies to build, launch and maintain our platform Experience with system Design and requirements breakdown starting from use cases down to functions and modules keeping in mind interfaces, integration and test cases Experience with Agile development processes, particularly SCRUM methodology
