Job Description:
In this role you will work with a focused team of engineers and product managers building out new products and features. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, Design, Architecture, and implementation of a cutting edge product that will be used every day by people you know.

As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance customer and business needs against technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. We are looking for entrepreneurial, analytical, innovative individuals who thrive on solving tough problems. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
Experience with cross-department project coordination
Experience with business process formation and documentation (technical writing skills)
Ability to navigate through technical discussions, influence discussions, and gain consensus on topics such as Design, timing, and scope
Familiar with Agile Lean Software Delivery Life Cycle and/or iterative development life cycles
Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities
Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple work streams
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast changing environment
Demonstrated track record of problem solving with creativity and out-of-box thinking
Respect for cultural diversity and sensitivity
Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
Able to act with velocity and a strong sense of urgency
Motivated self-starter, with strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
