Tap30 is one of the biggest tech startups in Iran and is one of the forefronts of using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science in solving real life problems

AI/DS team members take end-to-end responsibility in analyzing large amounts of data, creating complex models, improving their accuracy, deploying these models to serve customers, providing robust data science frameworks for the company, designing and developing simulations, and work very closely with the back-end and the product team to deliver the solutions

As part of this team, you'll solve some of the most fascinating and impactful problems in major areas of Pricing, Dispatch, Map, Line (our ride-sharing service) and Fraud with Direct impact on millions of Iranians using Tap30 every day

Qualities
Act as a thought leader to identify right problems to solve for our customers
Design and implement state of the art Machine Learning approaches
Work as a tech lead and define the road-map for yourself and co-workers
Develop end-to-end ownership of major customer facing technologies
Stay up-to-date with the state of the art techniques of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Push the boundaries of Machine Learning to benefit internal and external community
Requirements
PhD or Masters in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience in analyzing complex problems and translating them to data science algorithms with due attention to computational efficiency and testing at scale
Expertise in machine learning, supervised and unsupervised
Experience in statistical learning
Experience working with big data - identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large volumes of data.
Experience in leading Junior Data Scientists on approach and result.
Experience with Python and Object Oriented Programming languages
Worked with at least one main stream machine learning framework such as caffe, convNet, Tensor Flow and Torch
Experience with SQL, relational databases and data warehouse
Experience with big data platforms
