Here at Fintranet, we are excited to welcome a talented and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing FinTech Start-Up headquartered in the heart of global FinTech advancements, the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will help us Design, develop, and maintain massive infrastructure supporting solutions targeting MSBs (Money Service Businesses) and other financial operatives located in EMEA. The right person will not only be working to build and spearhead the cloud infrastructure for Fintranet but be at the forefront of all things DevOps, leading a talented team of Engineers.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Working with teams of engineers, product owners, and designers to build outstanding features for our users
• building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
• working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Testing and examining code written by others and analysing results
• ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes.'
• working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Experience with MS Azure Cloud
• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline experience
• Working knowledge of Azure AppServices and State
• Working knowledge of IaC (ARM Templates, Terraform)

It'll be nice: (nice to have)

• Working knowledge of Containers services (AKS, K8s, Docker)
• Knowledge of C# or .NET
• Knowledge of Team City, Octopus
• Azure AD B2C
• Understanding of Microservice-based Architecture
• Data Science platform/tools experience, plus monitoring and Logging platforms
• 3+ years of experience in development and DevOps combined
