Job Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

• Data collection
• Competitors analysis
• Customer research
• Market share analysis
• Proposing potential product/feature, etc.
• Understanding and defining marketing strategy

User Research:

• Identifying users
• Identifying requirements
• Defining value proposition
• CX process

Product Design:

• UX and Design analysis
• Creating product wireframes
• Preparing product for development team
• Generating MVP iterations
• Product market fit
• Product metrics definition and setting
• Product-Based Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking
• Defining marketing/sales plan

Product Development:

• Feedback collection from different stakeholders
• Alignment with tech team

Roadmap Planning:

• Collecting stakeholders plans and targets
• Managing release plan
• Launching product
• Product evaluation (metrics, KPIs, targets, etc.)

Prioritizing product Backlog:

• Creating backlog.
• Iterative backlog grooming.
• Decision making based on business/customer/market/stakeholders, etc. requirements.

Collaboration with operation team:

• Empowering ops team about product bottlenecks.
• Helping ops understand product (FAQ, SLA, OLA).
• Collecting report/feedback from ops team about the product.

Product Improvement:

•  Iterative product Optimization process based on product roadmap/ customer feedback/ market requirement.
• Bug fixing/
• hot fix planning.
• Planning for product growth (scalability, maintainability)

VI-Blocker Identification:

• Identifying blockers in both business and product.
• Collaborating with stakeholders for resolving the blocker.
• Decision making about non-resolved issues.

Sales & Marketing:

• Collaborating with MKT team
• Helping sales team understand the product
• Setting targets with MKT/Sales team

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Product & Service Design
• Familiar with software Development
• Familiar with UX and CX principles
• Being up-to-date with the latest Fintech trends (Local & International)
• Familiar with Data Analysis
• Fluent in Agile Methodologies
• Fluent in Defining product metrics
• Familiar with Market Research, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Marketing Mix, Implementation and control
• Familiar with Strategic Planning
• At least 4 years related experience
