Aligning:

• Work closely with the Agile coach to align with the agile principles.

Facilitating:

• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Coach team in Agile estimation techniques, make appropriate and realistic commitments, and work closely with POs.
• Help to create the product road map, coach the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintain a well-refined backlog.

Implement & Run:

• Organize and facilitate work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, grooming and release planning.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events.

Improvement:

• Drive improvement in team key performance indicators

Tracking:

• Track the velocity of the team.

Commitment:

• Take and understand the commitment to deliver the product on time.

• Updated and educated about industry trends concerning Agile methodologies.
• Facilitation and Networking skills.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like Kanban, XP, etc.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
• JIRA and Confluence experience.
• Knowledge of product management, backlog tracking, and burn down chart, velocity, and user stories, etc.
