Responsibilities

• Research and develop about network protocols and layers
• Monitors network to perform tuning, troubleshoot network problems.

• Operate as a team player in an agile development environment

• Stay abreast of current technologies and consistently make recommendations based on knowledge and research
• Provide packet capture analysis as required during incident resolution using various tools such as Wireshark, and network protocol analyzers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.

• Good knowledge of internet protocols (TCP/UDP/HTTP/TLS/etc.)
• Experience in developing in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Python or Bash Script.
• Experience in write technical documents.
• Hands on experience with Regular Expressions (Regex)
• Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.
• Proactive information and communication skills.
• Experience in version control, such as Git.
• Experience working in related fields is a plus.

• Ability and willingness to learn new things and adapt to changing priorities & tasks.
• Ability to resolve complex problems using analytical skills, technical expertise, or research and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.
