Lead the software development team
Coaching and technical guidance of software developers to meet the requirements of the organization
Accountable for the quality of software products developed
Guide and control the proper execution of the software development process
Facilitate and continuously improve the software development process and eliminate problems and obstacles
Provide simple Design to handle architectural complexity
Collaborate with the product Design team
