Your Role and Responsibilities

Fanap Plus is hiring AI engineer interesting in solving problems related to but not limited to the following:

• Combining cognitive based tutoring system for solving real world problems at scale
• Modeling real-world problems with Adaptive Learning approaches in education industry
• Creating next generation learning approaches and algorithms

The mission of our growing group is to bring AI Automation to educational tutoring systems where we need to identify a few solutions in an immense space of possibilities. Our aim is to address three major challenges:

• Modeling: how to represent, extract, and learn the model
• Theory: formal definition of the computational problems
• Tooling: how to solve computational problems and building end-to-end systems

Practical applications of our work include AI and ML platforms for building intelligent tutoring systems, customized pedagogy based on learner’s cognitive function, implementing comprehensive curriculum.

You must be willing to work in Tehran.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven knowledge of developing predictive or statistical models such as regressions, decision trees, neural networks, simulations, and/or optimizations
• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks
• Experience using one or more popular programming languages (C/C++, Python, Java, JS, etc.)
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of using adaptive learning in a cognitive-based tutoring system(e.g., for modeling user customized learning path in a QA platform)
• Technical leadership experience.
