استخدام Senior Python (Django) Developer

At Arsh, we are looking for an energetic, caring, and full-time teammate for the position of "Senior Developer (Python (Django))".
Our goal at Arsh is to provide products to improve digital life. Some of these products are in the field of entertainment and target general users. Some of them have been developed to increase efficiency and improve workflows in large organizations. One of our challenges at Arsh is to use cutting-edge technologies along with responding quickly to the needs of many and diverse customers and users. We try to produce high-quality products in a short time by using efficient methodologies in product management and automating procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality software in Python and Django
• Work closely with product managers to develop product roadmaps and Design innovative solutions for improving or creating our products
• monitor the services and Keep them up and running with tools like, Prometheus, Gitlab CI/CD
• Collaborate in code reviews to ensure the quality. Transfer knowledge and experience to juniors
• Participate in the interview process of our software engineering candidates

Requirements:

• (Python/Django)At least 3 years of remarkable experience in backend engineering
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (Design, development and deployment)
• Strong experience in using Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL
• Deep knowledge about object-oriented programming, modular Design, clean code, and data structures
• Familiarity with Front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
• Passion about learning new tools and technologies deeply to expand your knowledge and experience
• Comfortable with an agile, flexible approach to feature development
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
