Customers are our priority in our development process. It’s important our product manager pays attention to details and builds a product based on data and feedback analysis.

The product manager works closely with the business and technical team to translate business needs for the development team.

He should define user story priorities and track development processes, and test the final version to deploy for customers. In the end, in collaboration with the marketing team, he should be able to define a better release strategy.

Duties

• Break down epic and all development topic to smaller deliverable stories
• Design wireframe for a development team to clarify story better
• Gather user feedback, check recent trends in cryptocurrency, and analyze data for defining features
• Define Development roadmap in collaboration with business and technical team
• Track metrics to ensure whether new features improve the product.
• Manage the recruitment process to hire and onboard new colleagues.
• Define the best solution for customer problems
• Share reports based on analysis and statistics of metrics with the team
• Test all new features before deploying them on production.
• You’ll drive and monitor the project execution together with the engineering and business team.
